Defining Brand Guidelines for Energy Management Applications
Brand guidelines were created for all categories of applications in the organisation.
Brand Design Guidelines were essential to bind the different processes across the organisation. Brand Design which unifies the organisation from macro to micro level and builds a connection amongst all people associated at various levels.
The project was initiated by understanding the different types of software solutions within the organisation and their influence on the products.
It involved mapping the different customer needs and perception of brand when they interact with it.
mThe brand was part of the customer and it had to engage them in everyust be a part of the whole system.
The different platforms and benchmarking was a crucial part of the design guidelines. It became essential to identify that these cannot be standalone but be part of a system of multiple touch points.
This project was taken from the stages of conception, designing and also to apply within the existing development processes.It was made possible becuase of all stakeholders involved.
